Shadows of Affection in my Darkness

Bewildered by a mortal of undying splendour
Thought of her, circle and burn in ardour
Captivated by her naive, angelic semblance
Her gaze, summons in me melancholy and madness;

I beseech for another season of darkness
Within, this dilemma shall fold into nothingness
I'll rise again in the cemetery of the animated
Believing illusion carried her away, dissipated;

Still haunted by her seductive eyes
So powerful, but futile, my dolour, my affection
I depress in forsaken worlds, equanimity will follow
In the spire of solitude, I echo my bellow;

Roaming in this my blackening spirit
I find yet another prisoner
Chained in dictum, she whispers in my veins
While I veil my remorse her venom sways;

Coming from the cold, I hold a heart
Caress my scar, it's bleeding, for her
Flowing in me, her fire, burning for passion
Running through this blaze I feel my obsession
